Hello!

My name is Alan, I was in the Army for over 35 years, serving with both Airborne and Commando forces. During this time I was involved in some challenging situations

Since 1999, I have taken part in a number of endurance events raising thousands of pounds for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, however this will be by far the most challenging event, as I will be competing as a solo rower, at the age of 66.
